Encripter is an easy to use text encryption / decoding tool. It can be used for
confidential file storage, for email or any other electronic text where
confidentiality is desired.
The program has three (3) main functional parts:
1. Encrypt text
2. Decode text
3. Create code pages
The program will also check code pages for
operability and integrity
Operation of the program is simple. A text message can be typed into the text
box and, after it is finished, the "Lock" button can be clicked to encrypt the
text. The encoded version appears immediately. Text can also be pasted into the
text box for encryption. For encrypted email, a message can be typed in the text
box, the text encrypted and then cut or copied to the clipboard and pasted into
an email. To decode an encrypted email, the encrypted text can be copied from
the received email then pasted into the program text box. Clicking the "Unlock"
button decodes the text, making it readable. Note that the same code page must
be used by both the sender for encryption and by the recipient for decoding.
